I find that the more frustrated I am with my kids and the more I begin to lose my temper, the more likely they are just to tune me out. And when you have three kids tuning you out, that leaves a lot of room for chaos. LOL! But when I remember to breathe and listen and be positive with them . . . that's when they are most cooperative.
