I would HIGHLY recommend everyone setting it up for their parents so they can share more fully in their grandchildren's lives. It fills a lot of the little holes that are left by their absence. I look forward all day to an evening Skype call. Most definately the highlight of my day. Here is a cute story - example of its importance in our family. After dropping me off at the airport after a wonderful week's visit with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren, driving out of the airport my daughter had tears streaming down her face. My 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter patted my daughter on the shoulder and said "Don't cry, Mommy...you can call Grammie on the computer tonight :) I think that sums it all up!
